Holiday Hootenanny: The Second Helping

Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester ReStore's second annual Holiday Hootenanny sales event is coming! All proceeds will benefit the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate's mission to build homes, communities, and hope.

Local vendors will set up shop to sell gifts for the holidays, and musicians will fill the store with holiday tunes. Vendors include The Akaa Project, Thirty-One Gifts, Scott Eovacious, Necklaces for the Bold, The Toy Whisperer, and Jim Capuano. Representatives from Next Step Living will also be on hand to discuss the company's home energy solutions. The musical lineup will include jazz musician Clyde Wheatley, local bands Spur and Johnny Fireseed and the Junkyard Dogs, and the Jolly Jills chorus. In addition, customers will have the chance to get Henna Tattoos from Rachel's Henna and Body Art, free massages from HealthSouce of Auburn, and a picture with Santa Claus from 10 am - 1 pm for a $5 donation.

The ReStore will feature two fundraisers during the event: Boxes of Hope and WOO cards. Wrapped Boxes of Hope can be purchased for $1, $5, or $10 and placed under the ReStore's Christmas tree. For each WOO card sold, Habitat for Humanity will receive $5 back.
