Award-winning author Megan Marshall opens our series with a talk about the trailblazing life of a great American heroine, Margaret Fuller. Fuller--first female war correspondent, Thoreau's editor, and Emerson's close friend --forever changed women's sense of how they could think and live. This lecture is sold out. However, we are offering special tickets for a simulanteous audiocast in the room adjacent to the Stable auditorium. Patrons will be able to attend the tea and book signing following the lecture. Price: Members $5; General $10. No visuals will be available during the audiocast. For tickets, please call (413) 551-5100.
