Holiday Jazz Concert: Abbott Friend Quintet feat. Marcelle Gauvin

Celebrate the season with exciting jazz arrangements of holiday favorites presented by one of New England's leading jazz ensembles. The Bruce Abbott/Fred Fried Quintet, featuring the great vocalist Marcelle Gauvin, salutes the holidays with stirring versions of classics such as "Winter Wonderland," "I'll Be Home For Christmas," an electrifying take on "Little Drummer Boy," a reggae version of "Do You Hear What I Hear" and many more favorites leading up to a blockbuster "Sleigh Ride" finale. The all-star group features Bruce Abbott, saxophone and flute; Fried Fried, 8-string guitar; Marcelle Gauvin, vocals; Mark Pucci, bass and Miki Matsuki, drums.
