Chalkfest
Starting 2016, each year we will transform Mack Plaza in Historic Downtown Lowell into a museum of creative artwork by chalk artists! More than 100 artists will display their abilities in the weekend festival. Registration is limited so be sure to sign up early!

REGISTRATION: $20 pre-registration, $25 day-of registration Pre-registration deadline is 5:00pm, Wednesday, August 10.
WHO: Anyone 12 years of age & older may participate
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Fee includes space reservation, a box of 48 chalk pastels, latex gloves & blending sponges. Additional materials will be for sale during the event.
RULES: NO oil pastels will be allowed. If found, you will be disqualified from this year and the next year.
