An 1830s Independence Day Celebration
Old Sturbridge Village celebrates Independence Day 1830s-style with a "Citizens' Parade, a reading of the Declaration of Independence, and family activities all day long. Visitors can sign a giant Declaration of Independence and play 1830s-style "Base-ball."
