Our mission is to provide affordable arts-related programming to residents of the North End/Waterfront and the surrounding neighborhoods. By encouraging participation in the arts, we hope to strengthen relationships within the community and to enhance public safety.
Who We Are: The North End Music and Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC) is a private, non-profit organization operating in the North End/Waterfront neighborhood of the City of Boston.
