Ahhh, camping. It’s quite possibly the best way to experience nature and escape from everyday life. Whether it’s to the west, surrounded by beautiful fall foliage in the Hoosac Mountain Range, to the south in Myles Standish State Forest, or up north in Salisbury Beach State Reservation where only the gentle sounds of the ocean can be heard, you’ll find a variety of campsites to enjoy practically everywhere in the state.
Camp amidst sand dunes and pines at Dunes’ Edge Campground in Cape Cod, in one of the 51 large and private campsites are available in Greater Merrimack Valley at Pearl Hill State Park, or try short- to long-term camping at Ellis Haven Family Campground, located South of Boston.
