Owned and operated by Andrew Foster and Steve Bowman, Fairsted Kitchen is a place where excellent service and hospitality meet unique flavors in a comfortable setting. Influenced by Frederick Law Olmsted, the founder of American landscape architecture who designed the very neighborhood the restaurant is home to, Fairsted Kitchen was inspired by Olmsted's roots in the community and his Victorian-era Brookline estate of the same name. Sharing is encouraged, no matter the size of the dish, a sentiment that echoes Fairsted's philosophy of communal dining.
