Helmed by Boston-native chef Tracy Chang, PAGU in Central Square, Cambridge is a culmination of Chang's culinary experiences growing up and cooking abroad. The menu, which features pintxos and croquetas, weaves together Spanish and Japanese influences into dishes that are authentic, playful, and deeply personal.
Named in honor of Chang's own pug Phoebe (pagu means pug in Japanese), the restaurant embraces community and collaboration, sporting an open kitchen suite right in the middle of the dining room, where guests can take in all the culinary action. The fully stocked bar features an extensive beverage program including craft cocktails, sake, sherries, beers, ciders, and more!
