The winner will be randomly selected and notified via DM from @VisitMA (Instagram, Twitter) or @VisitMassachusetts (Facebook) or a collaborating account. Prizes must be accepted in the state they are offered and cannot be transferred, exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash value.
No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. The winner will never be asked to provide credit card, banking, or financial info to claim their prize. Contestants must be at least 21 years of age. Contestants may not be Massachusetts Office of Travel or any collaborating or co-sponsoring entities’ employees or family members of employees. This promotion is not endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter.
The winner (for themselves, their heirs, executors, and administrators) hereby agrees to release, hold harmless, discharge, and indemnify the Massachusetts Office Of Travel And Tourism, all giveaway collaborators, prize providers, and co-sponsors, the NFL Entities, Gillette Stadium, and each of their respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, “the Released Parties”) from and for any claims, demands, liability, lawsuits, injuries (including death), illness, property damage, attorney’s fees, expenses, costs, causes of action, judgments, or awards of any kind or character (“Loss”) that may accrue, arise, or otherwise exist because of their travel, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, and participation in the giveaway by the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism.

Seat location is determined solely by the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism. Prize is limited to those items specifically mentioned in the prize description. Winner is responsible for all other costs associated with the prize that are not specifically mentioned in the prize description, including but not limited to parking, transportation, concessions, and accommodations. Tickets and passes to New England Patriots are subject to all Gillette Stadium rules and regulations, including the Gillette Stadium Code of Conduct and Gillette Stadium Ticket Terms and Conditions.
