Thursday, October 18, 2012 Now in its 7th year, Fallon Community Health Plan offers this free one-day consumer educational event which focuses on the over 65 population. Throughout the day thousands of attendees will visit the 80 informational booths, attend informative seminars, participate in interactive workshops, enjoy great entertainment and receive health screenings.
