Cooking Pork in the Traditional Italian Style

Chef Fabio will bring in an entire pork loin to the class. From the loin he will make Arrosto de Maiale Forno (oven roasted pork loin), Scaloppine de Maiale ai Funghi Porcini (pork cutlets with Porcini mushrooms in a cream sauce).
Cooking Class Package consists of:
- Two nights accommodations for two in one of our lovely bed chambers.
- A wine and cheese reception on Friday evening, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the inn's Victorian parlor.
- A gourmet three course breakfast on Saturday, from 8:00 to 9:30 AM.
- A two to three hour cooking class on Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 or 3:00 PM.
- (The classes will include demonstrations tastings and wine parings.)
- After noon refreshments starting at 3:00 PM.
- A $50.00 gift certificate toward dinners at the Chef's restaurant on Saturday evening, where he will visit you at your table.
- A gourmet three course breakfast on Sunday, from 8:00 to 9:00 AM
