Learn Chef Fabio's secrets to these time-honored Italian deserts - Mousse Allo Yogurt e Fragole, Tiramisu, Muscarpone, Tortino al Cioccolato, Salame de Cioccolato and Ciambella.
Cooking Class Package consists of:
- Two nights accommodations for two in one of our lovely bed chambers.
- A wine and cheese reception on Friday evening, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the inn's Victorian parlor.
- A gourmet three course breakfast on Saturday, from 8:00 to 9:30 AM.
- A two to three hour cooking class on Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 or 3:00 PM.
- (The classes will include demonstrations tastings and wine parings.)
- After noon refreshments starting at 3:00 PM.
- A $50.00 gift certificate toward dinners at the Chef's restaurant on Saturday evening, where he will visit you at your table.
- A gourmet three course breakfast on Sunday, from 8:00 to 9:00 AM
