This year's Of Course! celebrates every aspect of preparing, serving, and enjoying food, from cultivating a crop to setting the table. Proceeds from this event will be dedicated to a new teaching kitchen, student commons, and cafe at our historic Blacksmith House. From 5:00-7:15pm, enjoy mini-classes on everything from coffee tasting to sausage making, as well as conversations on food in art and literature with special guests and CCAE teachers. From 7:30-10:00pm, there will be an after party with delicious food and delectable libations. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You can purchase tickets in two ways: Call the Cambridge Center Welcome Staff at 617-547-6789 and charge your tickets on the phone. Tickets are $100 per person. Have your four mini-course preferences handy! Mini-course preferences will only be accepted after a ticket purchase, and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
