The 35th Annual New England Arts & Crafts Festival will be held at the Topsfield Fairgrounds, Route 1 North, Topsfield , MA on Saturday, August 31, Sunday September 1 and Monday {Labor Day} September 2. This nationally recognized event, formerly known as the Newburyport Waterfront Festival, hosts over 200 Juried Craftsmen and Artisans. The work on display and for sale is 100% American Made. You will find Country Woodcrafts, Folk Art, Chain Saw Art, Leather, Photography, Scarves, Jewelry, Silk and Dried Floral, Native American Craft, Glassware, Toys, Soft Sculpture, Original Watercolors, Stone, Fragrance, Personalized Signs, Clowns, Pottery, Tapestry, Clay, Painted Slate, Soaps, Pillows, Bears, Wearable Art, Candles, Ceramics, Intarsia, Doll Clothes & Accessories, Stained Glass, Fiber Arts, Calligraphy, Linen Clothing, Pine Cone Creations, Fleece, Pressed Flowers, Sports Collage, Heat-packs, Pillow Quilts, Flags, Pet Products, Birdhouses, Lace, Herbal Dips, Home-made Fudge, Jams & Jellies, Maple and Honey Products and More! Artisans have always been at the forefront of recycling, recreating something new from something used. Come and meet the artisans who create these locally made, eco friendly gifts and home décor ... Such as wind chimes made from old depression glass, cheese boards created from wine bottles, eco custom wooden furniture from felled trees, baskets and bowls made from recycled plastic and toy bats made from old lobster trap buoys and more. Live musical entertainment will be ongoing throughout each day. Festival hours are Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm and Monday 10am to 4pm. Adult Admission is $7.00 under 14 free. One admission is good for all 3 days of the fair. The Topsfield Fairgrounds is located on Route 1, in Topsfield , MA . Directions: From I-95 take exit 50. The Festival goes on "rain or shine."
