Tagliatelle alla Bolognese Class

Description:
Head Chef Pozzati will teach you how to make egg pasta by hand, and cut the dough into different pasta shapes. Students will also learn the traditional recipe for Bolognese sauce.
Cooking Class Package consists of:
- Two nights accommodations for two in one of our lovely bed chambers.
- A wine and cheese reception on Friday evening, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the inn's Victorian parlor.
- A gourmet three course breakfast on Saturday, from 8:00 to 9:30 AM.
- A two to three hour cooking class on Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 or 3:00 PM.
- (The classes will include demonstrations tastings and wine parings.)
- After noon refreshments starting at 3:00 PM.
- A $50.00 gift certificate toward dinners at the Chef's restaurant on Saturday evening, where he will visit you at your table.
- A gourmet three course breakfast on Sunday, from 8:00 to 9:00 AM
