RIVER. SPACE. DESIGN: Towards a New Urban Water Culture

For the New Directions in EcoPlanning Annual Lecture, Antje Stokman (Stuttgart University, Germany) will discuss how different cultural contexts of our human relationship with water results in very different landscape and city forms. Prof. Stokman will also outline a vision how to reintegrate the dynamics of water into our cities in order to meet broader human, ecological and aesthetic objectives. Free and open to the public Parking/Directions: Free event parking for evening lectures in the 52 Oxford Street Garage. A 7-8 minute walk through historic Harvard Yard from the Harvard Square red line T stop.
