In his new book, Empty Hands, Open Arms: The Race to Save Bonobos in the Congo and Make Conservation Go Viral, Deni Béchard gives an inspirational profile of the Bonobo Conservation Initiative, an organization dedicated to saving this endangered species and the Congolese rainforest it inhabits. Harvard anthropologist Richard Wrangham will introduce the speaker. Free with Museum admission.
