Part of our Monday night lecture series: Culinary Incidents: Historical Explorations of Food and Culture in the Pioneer Valley. Taking over his Dad's small garden as a kid in the 1990s, Voiland has grown Red Fire Farm into 100 acres of certified organic farmland that provides produce for about CSA members as well as farmers markets and wholesale customers all around Massachusetts. Admission $7/ $5 members
