Old Sturbridge Village is home to the largest Revolutionary War reenactment in New England, with more than 1,000 "soldiers" portraying British, Hessian, French, Irish, Scottish, French, and American Colonial troops. During the weekend of August 2-3 the air around OSV will be filled with the sounds of musket and cannon fire, mock battles and skirmishes. On Saturday, the museum will remain open until 8:00 p.m. We hope you'll take the opportunity of this "Twilight Encampment" to mingle with the troops around their campfires. OSV offers free second-day admission, so visitors can attend both days of "battle" for the price of one. For more details, visit
