Relive the magical music of the British Invasion with Across the Pond, a popular Beatles tribute band that strives to capture the exuberance of a Beatles live show, including later songs the Beatles recorded but never performed in concert. Across the Pond was formed by singer and songwriter Marc Clayton, a versatile musician based in the Saratoga/Glens Falls area whose passion for the Beatles goes back to his childhood attendance at the vigil for John Lennon in December 1980. Marc is joined by Jonathan Newell, Joe Tucker, and Tim Wozniuk, all veteran musicians with deep roots in the music of the Fab Four. Since early 2009, the band has played numerous concerts at outdoor venues including Castleton, Vermont and New York locations including Lake George, Guilderland, Hudson Falls and the Altamont Fair. Free admission.
