Shepley was born in CA, grew up in RI, and for decades has called Cambridge, MA, home. She sang folk music in college in the '70s, then in 1990, she and singer/songwriter Catherine Coleman formed Cabaret Enchanté. In 2010 she and pianist Ron Roy became the first U.S. musicians to perform and record a new songbook by lyricist Fran Landesman; the CD earned a four-star/excellent review from Jazzwise Magazine. Shepley's latest ventures are a Laura Nyro show, booked in Boston, Chicago and New York, and a second album of hidden gems from the '20s to '50s. Website: Tickets $18, $15 for Members
