At 3 PM on Sunday, April 14, miniature landscape artist Ben Frank Moss will speak about his work at Danforth Art. His exhibit, Ben Frank Moss: Open Sea, consists of eighteen small seascapes that are seemingly abstract, but in reality are carefully envisioned. A conscientious observer of light and space as shaped by particular time and seasons, Moss uses color, form, and gesture to create oil paintings on paper that evoke an intimate memory of "place." The lecture is free for Danforth members, and free with cost of admission for nonmembers. For more information, call 508 620-0050 or visit http://www.danforthart.org/benfrankmoss.html
