Martha's Vineyard Agricultural Fair

Martha's Vineyard's much anticipated and loved Agricultural Fair is a 4-day celebration of Island agriculture and Island life. There are blue ribbons galore to be awarded for livestock, handcrafts, art and kitchen arts. Lots of yummy food stalls to sustain you as you try your luck on the midway, test your mettle on the carnival rides and enjoy the many special events from live music to fiber demos to skillet throw and oyster shucking competitions. Best of all there's something for everyone and everyone loves the Fair. This year the 159th Martha's Vineyard Agricultural Fair is scheduled for Thursday August 20 through Sunday August 23.
