The exhibit features rarely seen documents from Pilgrim Hall Museum's Archives, rare books from the Library's collections, and five maps. The exhibit focuses on 17th century Plymouth and the Pilgrims, the 18th century and the Revolutionary War; and the 19th century. See original signatures of the Pilgrims and examine a hand-drawn map of New England from 1695. Read a Civil War letter, the Standish Guards muster roll or an 18th century Thanksgiving proclamation The documents will be kept on a roughly three month rotation schedule. The books will have pages turned after three months and/or be rotated off display. Take this opportunity to see some of the most exceptional items from the Museum's collections.
