Now in its eleventh season, The Met: Live in HD is the Metropolitan Opera's Peabody and Emmy Award-winning series of live performances transmitted to more than 2,000 movie theaters in seventy countries around the world. Live telecasts feature the full performance along with backstage interviews and commentary.

The Clark presents eight live transmissions and four encores in our newly renovated,
state-of-the-art auditorium, beginning November 19, 2016 and continuing through May 13, 2017.

The electrifying team of Vittorio Grigolo and Diana Damrau reunites for a new production of Gounod's opera based on the Shakespeare play. Damrau makes her role debut as Juliette in Bartlett Sher's new production, conducted by Gianandrea Noseda. Elliot Madore sings Mercutio and Mikhail Petrenko sings Frère Laurent. Sher's staging is a La Scala production, initially presented by the Salzburg Festival, where it premiered in 2008.
