Uncorked at Franklin Park Zoo

On May 30, visitors will have the opportunity to sample an array of wines at the second annual Uncorked, a unique wine tasting event that will be held at Franklin Park Zoo.

Wine samples will be available from the following: Barefoot Wine and Bubbly, Twelfth Night by Vela Wines, The Naked Grape and more. Additionally, guests will also enjoy samples by Artisan Beverage Cooperative, Cabot Creamery, Cedar's Mediterranean Foods, Stephi's in Southie, Taza Chocolate, Zesty Cookie Company, Samuel Adams and Steel and Rye.

Throughout the evening guests will not only have the opportunity to sample wines, but they will also be able to stroll among the animals in the zoo's signature Tropical Forest Pavilion. Here, guests can see western lowland gorillas, pygmy hippos, ring-tailed-lemurs, a giant anteater and many other fascinating species.

Proceeds from Uncorked will support the operation and continued growth of Franklin Park Zoo, its education programs and conservation initiatives.
