Plimoth Plantation's living history experience continues with a new exhibit, the Plimoth Grist Mill. It is a fully-functional 1636 reproduction mill that visitors can go to and see the water wheel turning, then watch the miller grinding corn inside. Use water power to mill organic corn into delicious, freshly ground cornmeal on our 200-year old French Buhr millstones. Experience Colonial and Native history, science, technology and water resource ecology.
Open 9am to 5pm daily, with extended hours in July and August until 7pm.
