Owners and hosts Ken and Deborah Withrow utilize their backgrounds in hotel management (Ken managed the Royalton/NYC for Ian Schrager) and retail management (Deb was at Fiorucci and Henri Bendel/NYC) to create a boutique-style experience for their guests. The staff tailors their concierge service to each individual's interests, sharing their love and knowledge of the island and helping guests experience the authentic, insider's Nantucket. Winners of many awards, the hotel was most recently named One of the 10 Most Romantic Hotels in the U.S. by Fodor's in addition to a level five Trip Advisor rating for the entire year of 2010.
