Catch Pippin at the A.R.T.!

If you’re looking to kick off the New Year with an outstanding theatrical display — one that truly goes above and beyond the traditional elements of theater — look to Massachusetts, where you’ll find the nationally acclaimed, award-winning American Repertory theater (A.R.T.) nestled just outside of Boston in Cambridge.

Currently on stage through January 20, 2013, with tickets still available, Stephen Schwartz’s coming-of-age musical, Pippin comes to life under the direction of Diane Paulus, Artistic Director at A.R.T., along with choreography by Gypsy Snider of Montreal’s circus troupe, Les 7 Doigts de la Main.

That’s right, a circus troupe — Pippin embarks on a death-defying journey to find his “corner of the sky,” featuring an array of circus-themed acrobatics!

As Diane Paulus puts it, “At the center of Pippin is the question: how far will you go to be extraordinary?”
