It’s official, Massachusetts is consistently hitting a high level of can’t-help-but-smile weather; it’s gorgeous outside, the birds are chirping, and it’s only mid-March. Where does that leave us here at MassFinds? Well, let’s just say that this month and as we head into April, we’re thinking local – local farmers, local producers, and local artisans, just to name a few.
So, take advantage of these can’t-help-but-smile days, and join in on the fun as one of Boston’s neighborhoods brings together a collection of locals to smile, learn, and shop with.
Without further ado, our first-ever MassFinds “Find of the Month” is the SoWa Winter Farmer’s Market in Boston’s South End.
SoWa, as in South of Washington (street), and Winter Farmer’s Market, as in a delightful Sunday with a collection of grass fed meats, cheeses, veggies, greenhouse fare, farm fresh eggs, seeds and starter plants, artisan breads and baked goods, jams and preserves, grains, and oils. In other words, your one-stop shop to local happiness.
Whether you’re looking to cap-off a weekend of travels around the Hub, or just to explore a neighborhood, visit SoWa and shop local. Running through April 29th, you can visit the SoWa Winter Farmer’s Market on Sunday’s from 10 A.M. – 3 P.M.
